I want to update my previous negative review.... I had been disappointed with my original mug because 1) it came after christmas so I was unable to give it to my aunt and 2) it said thank for being my aunt not Thanks or Thank you just Thank! After writing the review in less than 24 hours I got an email apologizing and informing me they would be sending me a new mug I had not asked or anything and I did receive a new mug and this one says thanks and the fact that they went above and beyond shows me what kind of company they are and I will definitely be shopping here again!

I purchased a mug for my aunt for xmas....1) got here literally the day after christmas and we live in 2 diff states and 2) I apparently did not read the mug correctly before i purchased because it sounds well illiterate ..."dear aunt THANK for being my aunt" i would assume it would have said "thanks' or even thank you not just thank..... while the concept and overall look is cute the fact that i was unable to even give the gift on time and its missing an S really disappointed me and I don't think I will order from here again
